You pay only when you sell.
Opening a kiosk and listing products is free, and there's no monthly bill. When a buyer pays, MeKiosk takes 1% of your price, and the buyer pays the MoMo payment fee on top.
On a GHS 180.00 sale, you get

The payment fee is on the buyer.
As with sending MoMo, the person paying pays the payment fee. Your buyer sees it, and their total, before they pay. Every order in the app shows what the buyer paid, the fees, and what you receive.

Founding kiosks
We're opening with 30 founding kiosks in Accra. They pay no MeKiosk fee for their first 3 months, counted from the day they become a founding kiosk, so they receive their full price.
When you get your money
Your share goes to your own MoMo wallet the next working day after the payment, never on weekends or public holidays, so weekend sales arrive on Monday.
The first payout to a new or changed wallet can take longer while it's verified. Payouts pause while your kiosk is locked, and start again when it's unlocked.
If you refund an order
You can refund a paid or delivered order in the app. The buyer gets back everything they paid, including the MoMo payment fee, to their MoMo wallet, which takes Paystack 3 to 10 working days. Fees aren't returned on a refund, so refunding a GHS 180.00 order costs you GHS 5.38: the GHS 3.58 MoMo payment fee and the GHS 1.80 MeKiosk fee. A founding kiosk pays only the GHS 3.58.
If a buyer pays twice, or pays after the items sold out, we refund that payment for you automatically and text you both.
These are the rates in our terms of use. Paystack can change its own fee with 30 days' notice, and we'll pass that notice on.
